Why does the lid come off when the bucket is lifted?

It appears that there are two handles, but the larger one is the actual lift handle. The thinner one labeled "LOCK" is a lock that keeps the lid in place. Simply use the lift handle to move the bucket and prevent the top lid from coming off!

What should I do if any accessories (such as the mop handle, cleaning cloth, or mop-head) are missing or broken?

"Dirty" water flows into "Clean" water?

The bucket is designed with separate "WASH" and "DRY" chambers. The 2-bucket system includes a wash chamber and a dry chamber. The DRY section is meant for squeezing out extra water after washing the mop, so in reality, it's "dirty" water going into "dirty" water!

Why is the mop-head difficult to insert into the bucket?

Fill the WASH chamber with water and wet the mop first! It's normal for the dry mop to be hard to insert initially. Apply some force while pushing down at the start, and try tilting the mop at different angles for easier insertion.
